Hi hollielickalot , what a great pic of your two gorgeous dogs, you will find lots of fellow animal lovers on here. I'm assuming you are a fibro sufferer so you will also find plenty of help and support from our friendly members and for additional information and useful links, you may wish to check out our main site, fmauk.org/.

I notice you haven’t locked your post. You don't have to but many of our members are not keen on responding to unlocked ones therefore you are likely to receive more replies if you do, as it stops the whole thread being read by internet search engines. Instructions on how to do this can be found on the link below but if you get stuck please don’t hesitate to ask for help.

So welcome to the forum, I look forward to seeing you posting and more of your lovely pics x

Hi,

I love your two dogs. I have a rescue dog Milo now 4, a puppy Tess 7 months and a cat Bj who is 7 years. They wake me up in the morning - Milo gives me a big splodge of a kiss, Tess licks me and Bj sits on my chest purring. What ever I am feeling like I have to drag myself out of bed, give them their breakfast and at least let them into the garden.

I have NeuroFibromatosis , Osteoarthritis, Raynaulds , Restless legs, and a host of bladder, bowel problems. My GP will not put a Fibro diagnosis on my medical records even though she has tested for just about every condition known to man.

I take Gabapentin 600mg 3 times a day, Amitriptymin for pain, plus floroxaxitine, acalat for Raynauld. ibuprofin , omoprazarol, toterotine, but the thing that helps the most is a big cuddle with my pets!

They're beautiful dogs. I also have 2, both 12 now, rescue dogs and I love them to bits.

I have 2 rescues and they keep me sane and happy! Your dogs look lovely, and I can see you get as much pleasure from them as I do mine as well as every other animal owner in here. Through all the pain and upset my girl and boy keep me smiling and make life a pleasure.

Wishing you all the best

Tee
