Meet and repeat xx

Hia all had a meet up with an old friend today xx was going to cancel as was nearly being sick on way to meet just wanted to feel normal I’d taken all my meds but still in agony xx only thing that blocks out pain is meds and alcohol xx feeling annoyed !!!

I feel your pain sista. I'm the same I havnt left the house this year and not sure when I will. I sweat profusely if I have to go out and panic like mad. I'm not on any meds as nothing seems to work. Have you told your friend how you feel and try work something out. Maybe she could cook you lunch or dinner ? I really hope you find a resolution. It's s horrible diseases and it's hard for some people to truly understand so good luck and take care please drugs and alcohol is not a good mix . X

Hi Cheerichick I was the same for a while due to panic but when I don't sleep well it's worse, I am wondering if, could that be maybe one reason it causes panic? I myself have to psych myself up and push myself to go out. It's an awful feeling. take care. x

Hi Kira1 sorry you was feeling so bad. I do understand your frustration has i am sure all our members do. But I would not advocate taking pills and alcohol together it could be very dangerous. I myself like a glass or two of wine and it does help for a short while act as good pain relief. But I am unable to take medication so don't have the worry of it not mixing or causing other problems. Please take care xx
