Hi Lindsey, I'm afraid I'm not under 21 (way off in fact!) but I hope you get some replies from our younger members. I imagine it is, have you tried checking out if their is a support group near you? You may be able to meet with some people nearer your age that way? Again our main site can help you with this, I have put link below again which shows how to find this out:

Hey I’m 18,, I used to be very active and now I am not at all, hence this I gained weight as I used to eat what I wanted and was very active, I moved colleges as the sixth form I was at didn’t cater for me very well,, let me know if there’s anything else you wanna know x
