I have had a sore throat for a few days especially on the right side. second time this has happened but nothing comes of it. sinuses always feel blocked with heavy eyes.

Frequently there are lots of things in your throat that can swell that don't usually cause pain. For instance I have a goiter that is swollen some all the time and swells massively some of the time and it doesn't cause any pain at all until it affects other tissues in my throat. If something in your throat is swelling though you need to get it looked at. It could indicate other issues.
