Officially sign fit for work :)

Signed off as fit for work from 6th December, signed off by Physio on the 7th :) now got to take 3 weeks holiday before end of year, back to work 2nd Jan, van being dropped off over xmas...... field service here we come and I can't wait.

Tablets are working, actually feel better than I have done for maybe the last 20 years

That's brilliant!! It's so good to hear a positive outcome. Can I ask what are the tablets you take. Would like to try if not already have done. Thanks x

Hi, I'm only taking amitryptilene, now reduced to one at night and co-codamol as and when, also vit supplements especially D and magnesium as I was vit D deficient earlier in year
