🤗

I find the lack of energy one if the hardest parts of fibro. I'm tired all the time.

Are you pacing yourself ? I limit myself to two things a day. If I have to go shopping ( do most online) then the dogs will get a short walk and that's probably it for the day.

I don't know about the effects of your meds but read through the Patient a Information Leaflet in the pack as it will list side effects.

For feeling down and depression, do what works for you. I go to bed and watch TV or box sets online.

Thank you for your kind replies. I do pace, rest, eat well, and generally feel I am looking after myself (for the first time ever) quite well. It just seems this tiredness is relentless and all encompassing no matter what I do or don't do. The Methotrexate is probably now taking it's toll on me too but is a necessary evil. I don't normally do self-pity and tend to compare myself with those worse off than I. However, at the moment, I am feeling quite pathetic. Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and to top it off a good dose of Sciatica and Migraine. There just seems to be one thing after another, I am stuck in this vicious circle. It is so hard not to feel down. Thank you xx

I do feel for you. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and depression and take anti depressants. I am rarely not tired. I work full time and feel shattered. I take a natural supplement called D-Ribose for energy which sometimes helps a bit. Always check with the doctor :)

I like to read sometimes when I can concentrate-it takes me 'out of my head'.

I really sympathise. The OT lady suggested trying Vitalise by Pukka Herbs. It has helped me - still weary but not quite so bad and somehow just feel better.

Thank you I have bought some Floradix last week so am trying that, sounds much like the Vitalise. Here's hoping it starts to work. 💕
