hi, on a medicinal perspective or on a spiritual/mood level you would like to hear advice about?

Hi Praety, welcome to our forum😊. I'm really not great no giving advice about how to feel better as I'm still hunting the answers down myself. But I'm sure it won't be long before someone pops along with some great suggestions.

Hugs to you xxx

Hi praety, welcome to the forum hun, I am sure you will find lots of helpful advice on here as well as lots of friendly support. If you give a little more information about how the condition affects you then I'm sure you will get some useful suggestions from others. Also if you lock your post you will probably receive more replies as a lot of members aren't too keen on responding to unlocked posts. Take care lovely. x
