Morning maribra2. Try not to panic hun, get clear in your head what you want to say (make notes if this helps) take and deep breath and remember it is just an ordinary person like me and you on the other end of the phone who happens to work for the DWP. Good luck lovely x

To be honest maribra, I think they will be as nice as ninepence to us whilst there is an election looming, they would not want any bad press esp the current party and the DWP minister who would want to keep their jobs-go for it hun!!

Take some deep breaths, have all your paperwork and a pen in front of you, and any notes or discrepencies you may have found.

I have rung them many times over the years and never ever had a nasty or bad tempered person on the line.

Have confidence, you will be fine.
