Hi everyone...back has kept me awake most of the night and my Fibro is all over today...just getting up hurt! Off to the hairdressers shortly as we are away for Christmas (so I don't have to cook!) Hair will look good but I will pay for it this afternoon!! Happy Thursday everyone xx

Like you my back has been very painful can't get comfortable at all. I had my hair done yesterday, got to make the effort for Christmas, now however back pain has progressed to back hips knees. Such is life! I hope your pain eases and I wish you and all my fellow fibro sufferers a Happy Christmas and a pain free New Year. X 🎄😀🍷 🎈🎉
