Fibromyalgia
Hi there- I,m afraid its possible to have fibro pain wherever there is muscle, I used to get very tight and sore muscles around the entire top of my legs and groin, once I started to do hydro with muscle stretching excercises it subsided but I do have to do a routine of stretches daily to stay relatively pain free and mobile..Always tell your g.p if anything strange happens we musn.t always assume every pain we get is fibro.
Hi F....what a fabulous name!!! Groin pain could be fibro could be something else so please check it out with your GP before you decide it is fibro....xxx
I do get this but like caz-54 said, mine subsides with daily stretching and exercise. Massaging out any knots really helps me too.
Hi Fauntleroy
Have you had Fibromyalgia for some time?
If so, if this is a new symptom for you it is always best to get it checked out by your GP as our Trikki has said.
It is very tempting to put new aches and pains to "just" down to Fibromyalgia but of course there is always a chance that something else is going on.
Wishing you much peace
Lu xx
