I'm lying here looking onto the landing and Im looking at my sons running machine which is being moved into his room when the husband comes home,I just dreamt I run on it for ages,oh I'm awake now my god it was a dream 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I was given a gym membership at reduced cost through an NHS scheme, I went on the treadmill machine and managed to burn off 25 calories in a half hour stroll, I'll have to really go some to shift this weight, I use crutches to walk and am very slow, today is a do nothing day, hope you are up and about soon xxx
