It does help with the whole process & i wish I had found the site years ago. I have had Fibro for nearly 30 yrs & I'm still learning about it, like we all are.

Hi Connie....What a great picture...is this you? Have you tried Googling for a group in Andover. I think you will find most groups have a web site...Hope you find one, but if you don't we are always here to listen, laugh and give support.....x
