Hi my father he won the appeal about Esa .now it's almost 6 weeks and we call ESA and they update the details because we change address and phone number .they say that somebady will call tommorrow .should as be worry ?

I think I would be questioning why it is taking so long. I wouldn't worry though if they say your father has won the appeal it surely cannot be taken away.

Have you checked your father's bank account? Sometimes the money is put in there before the letter gets to you.

If they do not ring as said, please ring them again. Perhaps they need to actually speak to your father to make sure the change of address is valid and correct.

bluebell99 might have hit the nail on the head about the letter as when my husband won his appeal I am sure the money came into his bank account before we received the letter. We were worried as we knew that the DWP can appeal against the decision and of course we only looked when the letter came through. There mightbe a phone call because of the change of address etc I do hope it all runs smoothly for him as it is so stressful x

Congratulations to your father for winning his appeal. As the others have said I would not be too worried as I do not believe that the DWP can take away an appeal win. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
