1/try to eat as healthy as possible

2/gentle exercise to keep muscles moving

3/have a clearout mentally periodically and remove yourself from anything or anybody that causes you stress and or doesn't recognise your illness.

4/never be afraid to walk away-from anything.

5/try to find an understanding doctor

Morning scottsppiers1.....I think that is a super 5 point plan! I may print it and put on the wall to remember it all otherwise I shall only think of 3 of them!

It is all good advice. Mind you good GP'S are a bit like hen's teeth but hopefully fhr first four are at least obtainable.x
