ive just had 2 really bad days lots of pain, poundimg sickly headaches,not digesting my food properly,and no energy what so ever ,this fibro lark is crap ,just having a moan maybe tomorrow i will feel a bit better.

Totally know where you're coming from and having to put the big smiley face on so people don't know any different is really hard some days too. Just gotta ride it out, it doesn't get any easier, but somedays, mentally, you can cope with it and others it's really difficult.
Fingers crossed tomorrow will be a brighter day for you 
Sorry you have been feeling so low. Sickly headaches are awful, i suffer with these on a regular basis too. fingers crossed you will feel much better in the morning x x
