Hello! I just joined the group. I have Fibromyalgia and COPD.

I am sure you will be pleased you've joined this site as everyone is in the same boat, so to speak. Everyone is so helpful and caring, give useful suggestions and advice, are hear to support you when you're in pain or low. We also try to have a smile and post some funny or just I tersting pictures etc.

You are never alone, and we don't judge as non suffers may do.

Welcome to the forum. Not a good combo fibro and COPD. Have you had a chance to look at our mother site Fibromyalgia Action UK as it has a wealth of information on symptoms and various treatments including meds but some good alternatives. Look forward to your future posts.x

Hi, my name is lyzzie, although I've been nosing around on other pain concern site, I've only just found the fibro one which is obviously the one I need, you are all describing symtoms, lack of sleep and general screaming addabs as I experience I wouldnt wish this on anyone, but thank you for just being out there and knowing how I feel without trying to explain.
