Update for those that know me

So MRI results back after 8wk wait protruding discs 3;4;5;6 &7 this impingement in6&7 being refered as surgery is suggested but also to find out if this is causing my years of violent pains in my thighs, also got to go for knee xrays as told got arthritis 9years ago and they never sent me a follow up appointment ,also got to go for another MRI of the middle of my spine don't understand why they didn't do it all the same time it will be 6months before I get these results due to an 18wk referral then 8wks for the results what do they think you do in the mean time its a joke I'm at my whites end having a job coping being in so much pain I've started some new patches last night lidocaine I've woke up today I i feel like I've been hit by a bus lol that's enough for know as I can waffle sorry for that take care all joanne x

I couldn't agree more with your comment on the MRI. Someone who has problems in one part of the spine will have problems in another as it has a knock on effect. If I could I would pay to have a top to toe MRI to find out which joints are not affected by osteoarthritis. Will be easier than listing the joints that do have it.

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you have protruding discs and that you also have such a long wait for your next MRI and results. I sounds ludicrous when it could have been done at the same time? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
