Some meds can make us more sensitive to the sun but usually it mentions it in the patients leaflets with the meds. if that us the case.

It could be polymorphic light eruption caused by the sun usually when we haven't been used to it ,(nothing new in this country as it us a rare sighting). Usually some hydrocortisone cream soon clears it up.

I can commiserate on the not sleeping.x

Hi

I don't know if you use any creams on your skin? Last year I had Nivea skin cream and was using it, I was in the sun and then came out in lumps under the skin.

Could it be something like that? I haven't used it since and it went slowly.

It's hard to stay awake during the day I know, but I try, so that hopefully exhaustion helps me sleep at night. If I'm lucky with the herbal sleeping tabs and v gel I get about 4 hrs.

I hope that you get sorted out.

Take care and best wishes.

Hi Bambamsnan

I am so genuinely sorry to read this my friend, and I sincerely hope that it eases for you soon. I would definitely discuss this with your GP just in case it is medication related? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

It is possible to become sensitised to sunlight if taking certain meds, but you nrrd to see your doctor about it, or even your phamacist could advise, but you would need to see your doc to change medication.
