Hi Ann,

welcome to the forum! In one way I'm sorry you're here, but in another I'm happy, because you've come to the right place for info, support, and a bit of fun at times.

I don't know if you have visited our mother site at fmauk.org/ . There are a lot of good articles and info on there.

I'm sorry your back op didn't work out and you're left with Spondylitis, that is very painful, especially along with Fibro to deal with.

Personally my Fibro affects me with more pain and not too bad tiredness, but there are a lot of members who like yourself suffer more with extreme tiredness and less pain. I'm sure you'll get some responses from them in due course.

Take care, and don't be shy about coming on to the forum as there are people around even during the night.

GP. 😊😊

Hi

I'm sorry to hear that you've had such health problems and now fibro too. A lot of nurses I've spoken too say that they know a lot of nurses who get fibro. The fatigue is a real problem with it, have you had your vit d checked? I found out that I was vit d deficient and since I've been taking vit d I've been a lot better. I still have to do little and rest, but that's just fibro.

I hope that you get the support you need from this site, I'm sure you will.

Take care and best wishes.

Hi Painnomore

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I can see that ''Greenpeace'' has given you the link to our mother site, FMA UK which hosts loads of useful Fibro information.

I am so genuinely sorry to read of your suffering and struggling and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to these issues. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken
