I'm on employment support allowance and I'm going for a appeal for that on the 16th June of 2016 but I'm not sure what type of paperwork I can take any suggestions I would really appreciate it!☺
Appeal coming up!: I'm on employment... - Fibromyalgia Acti...
Appeal coming up!
Take all your medical evidence and ask if you can be placed in the support group under regulation 35
Hi, its Rita.... I've had Fibro for years.. My last medical leave paycheck was end of Feb.. I've been off since Oct. 28, 2015. I'm living off retirement an tax refund at this time. I have many health issues and proof.. Filed disability... That may take awhile.. Whats regulation 35?
You can Google ESA regulation 35 and it will exsplane it and it may fit you're circumstances
I'm not sure but I wish you the very best!!! Peck🐤
Any reports from investigations are always good. Plus any reports from occupational therapy from home assessments etc. It may be worth having a chat with your GP and ask for printouts from your file. My experience was they did look at specialist reports (from my neurosurgeon). But it was my explanation of things that really counted 🐸
Yeah I asked my gp for that he said that's not gonna be allowed so I have to ask my doctor so my doctor he would be happy to back me if anything goes wrong!☺
Your GP has to give you a printout of any pages in your medical file!!! It is your file with information on yourself so under the freedom of information act he has to do it, or have one of the admin staff in the practice do it for him. Push it!! Don't let them get away with it. You're not asking him to compose a letter. Probably best not to get a letter from him if that's his attitude anyway 🐸
I presume you have gone through the assessment with a fine tooth comb as my husband took evidence along to show that the nurse had got his medication strengths all wrong even though he had been given a repeat prescription form. They decided that they did not have enough medical evidence on the day to make a decision so asked if they had his permission to have access to all his medical files which he gave. It went in his favour at the second hearing from 0 to 18 points. You could also T ke a statement from my carers bkut the day to day care you need.x
Hi Shahanara123
FMA UK have a benefits adviser that you could talk too about your appeal if you wanted? I have pasted her (Janet) contact details below:

I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Be sure to take a list of all your medication!
Also act like your worst possible day an move according when they ask you to do anything, ie to sit, stand up or get on a couch, they will even record how you walk from waiting room to the room they assess you in and the distance, speed etc!
Show them your very worst day not your best...!!
Best wishes to you...
