I'm from Stratford -on- Avon ,Warwickshire.I had cancer in 1980 aged 20 hence the lymphoedema then a major breakdown in 1996 which was when I started the benefits merrygoround.I thought Iheard that you could reclaim in England if you had a different condition .I know is difficult but at the moment Ifeel as if I don't exist. I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution to this issue. I did think that under the EU freedom of movement act that any European citizen could claim benefits anywhere in the EU, and this is enhanced if in the Shengan zone? It may be beneficial to try and submit a fresh claim and see what they say? I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dream for you
