I've had Fibro for the last 15yrs and just about get through the day with the help of Amitryp...I've been getting a lot of pain in the soles of my feet and struggle to walk, mainly at the end of the day, or if I've walked for more than about 45 mins...is this a common problem with Fibro and any tips?
Cheers

I think most of us can relate with that. I don't think there is anything you can do about it either. If anyone comes up with something I will be looking out for it. Take care.
I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I have read posts from many Fibro sufferers who experience this but if your symptoms persist I would discuss it with your GP just to get other medical conditions ruled out of the equation.
As previously said, always best to see your GP to have new symptoms checked. My foot related pain started of as plantar fasiatis. With some assistance I found a way of walking a little more comfortably, but sadly I now have bilateral Mortons neuroma - back to physio for me then
Hi foggynessie, can I ask what the symptoms were for your bilateral Mortons neuroma? I am currently waiting for an NHS podiatrist appointment. I've already had a bursa injected in my left foot, but my symptoms have returned in a slightly different area. How does physio help a neuroma? Sorry for all the questions, but finding doing the Christmas shopping a nightmare with this pain. MariLiz
Yes this is a Fybromyalga problem, I get it in my Toes to, I use a microwave heat pad, it seems to ease it but not for long
