Hi, my arm shoots up, yes that's me , been like a dead duck all day after a little walk in the sunshine yesterday with grandchildren and dogs, only for about half an hour or so, it was worth it, I think but today's been terrible, I think I'll hide away till spring comes. Best wishes.

Good one. Pretty much sums me up this morning and pretty much every morning. I must get on with this, that or the other. Try and do a bit more. Sort things out. Make some progress etc etc etc. And guess what every morning the message ends up being the same and falls apart about half an hour after I'm up. Deep joy!!

I can relate to that so well! I have the best of intentions, but wake up feeling defeated before the day even gets going. Too much pain and exhaustion to tackle doing what I'd hoped to.
