Well it's 7.20am and I still HAVNT got any shut eye, been in pain all nite, just won't seem to go, well at least the house is clean, washing done, I've had my breakfast while watching Casualty, while the worlds getting up to get on with there life, I am of to bed, we'll see u at tea time lol 😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴💨💨💨💨💨💨💦💦💦💦💦☔️☔️☔️☔️☔️☔️ Looks like another rubish day anyway

Every time I managed to get off to sort of sleep hubby woke me with his coughing. He has a man cold!!

When he gets up i am off back to bed.

Don't forget to unplug phone, take batteries out of bell, turn mobile and I pad of, and if waiting for a parcel put note in window with WARNING to leave any parcels with next door, nite😴😴😴😴😴😴

Hi there, yes, include me, I was awake all night with a cracking migraine, which thankfully is now releasing its grip (not a moment too soon!!) I have to wait for a parcel to be picked up, which of course could be any time, but I'm going to get a spot of shut eye after that.

Well done for getting all that work done, you must be shattered and definitely deserve an attempt at some sleep.

I know it's a few days since post, but still HAVNT slept again last nite, no doctor won't give me anything, although make u laugh, I take 9 gabetpentin (can't spell that so tired) a day it's surpossed to knock u out, my friend takes it twenty minutes later she's out cold, me think only thing that would knock me out is a house brick, what about u ???? What helps u sleep ?????

No Hun take nothing to make me sleep, u think the amount of hours I am awake, I must sleep somewhere along line. But funny thing now is my family and friends know I am often up at night, so if they get up through night for tiolet, they will drop me a line, sometimes they ask can they ring me and I can be on phone a few hours. The only thing is wen I am at the end of my rope and utterly exhausted I drop like a brick and no one dare try and wake me up mind u I don't think they could if they tried. Oddly enough I sleep better, with long days walking dog or just being in fresh air helps. Bloody hate these dark nights, how long before clocks go forward again ??????

It's been 3 nights now still no sleep of a night, seem to sleep though if I have something important to do and have to be up handy, also got a lot on my mind, head is going round and round like a washing machine.

When my son was young he never hardly slept I used to be thought exhausted, with no one around really to help, I used to go the cinema, when lights go down, he would say to me night mum, I will wake u up wen film is finished, it was worth paying the money just to get some sleep, arrrrr that's an idea what's on pics this afternoon

Hurray, bought some new fluffy pj's with matching bed socks, so was all nice and warm and cosey, low and behold yeh got 3 and 20 mins sleep before dog woke me up to go answer call of nature, poor thing I'd that used to being up all night, I forgot to let him out coz in my head as I got in bed thought I would be up as usual so never put him out poor thing he had his legs crossed trying to wake me up, we'll hear I am writing to u all again, it's great to have someone to share with, who more or not lives same lives as us.

Only found this site a few days ago, but how great that people actually write back with what they are up to, keep in touch everyone while we're all writing bits and bobs to the site and reading each other's snippets and joining in subjects it helps us forget about pain just a bit while we're busy helping each other putting the world and r selves to right 👍🏻

O no if ur answering me back so quickly means ur awake as well, so nice that the author gets in touch with us, it's like a little personal touch thrown in y r u up then, same as the rest of us I bet, stupid question. While I've got ur attention do u hold any groups any were, would be great having some were to meet each other ????

Besides being on here what ESLE keeps u going through the night, me I love to watch This Morning, I watch it on catch up that way u can cut adverts out, also u can forward topics that don't interest me, I love Phil and Holly they are such a good term.
