I do seem to have a sort of strange cramping sensation and respectively in my right hand. I had always put mine down to my arthritis. Some people have found that certain medications cause this I am just wondering whether you have started anything new lately?.x

I have spoken to my doc about it but he has said that it should go away on it's own, but it has been going on for several months now and it is really getting on my nerves,

I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I sincerely hope that you find the answers that you are looking for. If this persists or does not go away by itself (as your GP suggested) I would go back and see them and let them know that this is becoming a problem for you. Twitching can be a symptom of low levels of B12, it might be worth asking your doctor to test B12, ferritin, folate and VitD levels. I wish you well. MariLiz
