if I can get appointment tomorrow with gp,im gonna say exactly how I feel with the pain and see if he will refer me to see ruematologist,as just getting no relief.heres hoping.

I think you need to be assertive, obviously not rude, write down what you want to say I find that always helps me. Good luck hope you get the help you deserve. xx

yes I will my care coordinator told me to keep a pain diary.and write down everyday how im feeling,not good at minute had my meds ages ago been to bed but in so much pain ive got back up,ill keep trying.
