That just about somes it up perhaps it is a good thing it is invisible we might frighten ourselves!

Three times i have had muscular spasms that left my back and chest covered in bruises. I have not been able to look at them myself and never thought to ask my old man to take a photo.

The bruising lasts less than an hour but leave unable to get out of a chair or turn over in bed. The spasms continue in a milder form for two or three days and leave me feeling as though i have been beaten with a baseball bat, Which is how the paramedics described it the first and worst time it happened.

I hope that no one else has to go through it.
