Knee swollen

Omg knee is so swollen today, my neck, sshoulders have been swollen for about two weeks, neualgia on both sides of face, falling apart.

I USE WARM/HOT/COLD PACKS ON MY KNEE ALTERNATE them do help a lot and one of these muscle rubs which hold medicine in them a direct way of treating a problem area.

I have tried gels in the past dosent work for me ,so just going to try this hot water bottle for now thanks anyway, kind regards.
