Hi everyone, I'm absolutely fuming, this morning I'm watching a comedy called catastrophe that I recorded last night. The lady went to see a doctor to get a second opinion, the bit that made me seeth is the doctor said about her diagnosis was correct as it wasn't like ADHD or FIBROMYALGIA when it's up to you wether you have it

That is the sort of attitude we are up against constantly. All I know is mine was diagnosed by my rheumatologist many years ago and I'm seen by a neurologist annually. Don't pay any attention to this kind of thing. Fibro is recognised as a disability at government level, that should be good enough for anyone. Lou x

Get why it made your blood boil..stupid comments like that belong in a locked box.

You can put in a complaint, they'll take it seriously I'd hope.

Other than that, you/we have enough to deal with.... let certain people get on with their small minded, uneducated comments.
