Hi queen-of-bedlam

Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I genuinely hope that you find the forum useful, informative and load so of fun! I have pasted you a link below to our mother site, FibroAction which hosts loads of useful Fibro information.

How do people keep their spirits up? That is a really tough question? I personally believe that we are all unique individuals and therefore we all react differently to our illnesses and our medications. I think the same can be said about life in general, in that we tend to remember the bad things more, they traumatise us and leave us hardened and battle weary. Yet, most of the time our lives are pretty mundane and melodic? If you catch my drift?

I want to wish you all the best of luck and I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today?

All my hopes and dreams for you

Welcome welcome as you will see when you have been on the sight for a day or two, we use any method we can to keep our selves smiling. It may be just letting of steam and having a safe place to do it or releasing silly factor smiles by joining in some of the ridiculous past times. Yesterday a bunch of us were making carols up, great fun. There is usually some sort of team effort going on and you just jump in to join you will be made most welcome.

Yes we can be serious and our research into fibro shows that . Remember what ever you ask the answer will come from a fellow fibro. We are not medically trained just talking from experience and between us all that is a lot of experience. Please always talk to your Doctor over worries or new pains they are you life line, cultivate them!

Take care
