That's great news. It gives us all hope when we hear success stories such as yours. I had my first PIP medical assessment yesterday which didn't seem too bad. I also have my first ESA medical assessment next week which I believe is worse than the PIP assessment so fingers crossed it's not to bad.

Congratulations on your good news, I too have finally been given high rate for both care and mobility back in August. My husband then got carer's allowance and I also got a blue badge, all of which has made such a difference. Also check to see if you can get the warm front payment of £140 that you can get off your electricity bill. I didn't realise what a difference it would make. So have a good Christmas now.
