Hi everyone can someone tell me if they have had there ESA stopped due to having a medical with atos. As I have had mine stopped again and going through to appeling again and getting the locale mp involed this time as they say I can work a bit but. But I told them I cant work as I sit in the dark and have to wear sunglasses when I go out and as you my know being the light effects you. and now they wan't you to get medical evedince it making me more depress

I have no advice to give however I think this is outrageous, as if you don't have enough to contend with, I feel sure someone will come on here with good advice at some point. From reading the posts here you are not alone in this situation. x Lou

I am so sorry to read that you have lost your ESA, and I genuinely hope that you can get it reinstated through an appeal or something?

I think that you will have to comply with what they are saying to get your benefit reinstated, and give them all the evidence that they require? I was wondering if you have a good GP that would help you? Or do you have a Specialist or Consultant that you draft you something?

Hi I do seem to have a good doctor but everytime I call I get a different doctor but the last one I seen she is good and I am waiting here from the hospital about my deprestion. But I don't have a Specialist or a consultant
