I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I genuinely hope that you find the forum useful, informative and loads of fun.
I have pasted you a link below to the GOV.UK page on how to claim PIP (Personal Independence Payment). This is a tax free benefit that you can claim regardless of whether you are in employment or not. It is paid out on what effects your disability have on your day to day life:
I am so sorry to read that you also have this horrid illness, and I genuinely hope that your medications help alleviate the pain and any fatigue that you may suffer with?
I want to wish you all the bets of luck and I genuinely look forward to bumping into you around the forum.
Thanks you for posting and telling the forum about yourself. It must be very difficult for you to do the type of work you do whilst suffering from fibro and I think you have been very courageous to keep on going. Do have a look at the links that Ken has so kindly given as they are very useful. Keep us posted about your progressx
So glad you got a diagnosis Sweetheart. It's a challenge for sure. You may want to go to a pain clinic if the pain get's unbearable. I tried to get by for many years and finally just couldn't tolerate it any longer. Hope you find this useful. Have a good weekend, and hang in there Honey. xxx Mitzi
