Thanks for your help I have managed to contact social services who are going to send someone out within 28 days.

I haven't got CAB to answer the phone yet

So will send my hubby down with a big list!

I am attempting a shower on a perching stool in a paddling pool with a shower thingy on the kitchen taps !! Could be interesting lol

Oh my goodness how did you get on with the makeshift shower? Ours is an over bath shower you need the agility of a Tiller girl (showing my age) the things we do to adapt XX

I sincerely hope that you are feeling well today? That is wonderful that you are going to get a social services visit. I would make a list of all the things that you need for when they come? As they will probably do an occupational assessment of you at home?
