Hello Helony, I take that you are dealing with ATOS not CAPITA If it is CAPITA ask about a home visit, they are quite good like that.

If it is ATOS you will probably need to get a GPS note stating that you need a taxi. You would have to phone them and ask, You might even get a home visit out of them its worth trying,

Hi Sue,

Yes it is with ATOS, I shall ring and dicuss with them tomorrow. It talks about refunds for travel on the letter bt from experience I know this isn't always guaranteed!

I don't know, how they think I would get there, obviously don't thunk about people who find it hard to walk and travel! Grrr.

Thanks for your help!

XxX.

I often wonder if these things are part of the test.

I wondered this myself! We wait long enough, we don't want to lose it but I find it hard on the bus the motion at least in a car we can stop too. Thanks again for the advice!

I know exactly what you mean, I often wonder if these things are done just to test the legitimacy of a claimant, so if you turn up without requesting anything it may look suspicious? So please do not be afraid to ask, it may be the best thing to do? x
