Eeekk yes, I can see it might be a task and a half, but you will do it, and think of the needy babies your hard toil will benefit from. You really have inspired me to action. I will PM you if you don't mind and ask if I can possibly have a pattern and details of where to send as and when I complete one, (she says in a hopeful voice)

Thank you so so much for all the lovely pictures, what a talented person you are :-)

Well done I did a lot of crochet last year when my daughter was pregnant. I made all the pram covers and the christening shawel I haven't done anything since the baby was born. I haven't had the time but looking at your lovely work makes me want to get going on something again

Wow - that sound like a lot of crocheting!

can I ask your advice please?

I have been chosing wool / yarn based on it saying it is baby wool (i.e. King cole baby xxx) but I am now hoping to make a blanket over the winter months for grown ups.

Is there anything should know about using differnt wool for adults - is there in fact a differentce?

I notice the price of baby wool is higher than say regular acrylic, but then I would have thought acrylic wool would be easier to wash???

It is a mystery to me and would love to hear from your expertise.

Big Hugs,

M

You clever sausage! I'm creative so love making and crafting - I have just about managed to teach myself to knit (badly!) but I just can't get my head around crochet, but would love to be able to do it! Well done, very envious, you talented thing!! x I can still only knit straight lines, crochet is well beyond me!
