Hi love all your cross stitch ,my 21 year does cross stitch to she been doing it since she was 6 started with a early learning set rulers etc ,then she did a sampler by herself no help when she was 10 so I had it professionally framed for her ,she done a lineage Audrey Hepburn , and like you the list goes on she has one she is working on ones here which is

A Tsunami and a huge tiger on the go when she's at uni ,she been living in a house full of heavy rock fans all year lads with long hair and girls of course and she sits there with her cross stitch frame listening to rock music or playing computer games sewing and they all think she is amazing . I have asked her today to make me half a dozen small pieces so I can turn them into pin cusions as presents for Xmas , I do patchwork I haven't got the patients to do cross stitch I did some as a child ,and for part of my A level. But quilting is my passion I usually go to the NEC every summer to the national exhibition but not well enough this year :(. Never mind next year. are you still managing to sew ? I can't at moment fingers are being a pain in more ways than one anyway thank you for sharing your gift x Chris

thanks guys.cant reply to you all indivually,it would have been done about 17 years ago .the youngest one is now 21.ifi remember it was about 2.5' X 3'.i stitched it btu got someone to chart it for me
