Hi Granniescrochet
I am so sorry to read that you are suffering with neck pain and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. Neck pain can be caused by so many things including Fibro, so I would recommend that if it gets any worse or the pain persists that you discuss this with your GP?
I have pasted you a link below to the NHS Choices page on neck pain, it covers quite a lot of different medical aspects of the problem:

I get neck ache for two very different reasons, the first is my arthritis and if I turn my head sharply the neck grinds blood vessels which make me go quite dizzy and light headed. The other reason is because of my Migraines. They are always on one side of the head and protrude down the neck on the same side.
I want to wish you all the best of luck with finding the answers that you desire and deserve to this issue.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi, I'm not sure what may be causing your neck pain! But, I know I get a stiff neck with pain that goes all the way down into my back if I'm on my computer or iPad very long at all!! I'm sure it's how I'm sitting with my head down for to long!! Any way may be it could be something your doing causing it?? Have you noticed anything that may be causing it!,
Good luck , I hope it gets better for soon!!

I've just been to gp with mine and it's my posture. Sent me to Physio having acupuncture tomorrow. Muscles behind shoulder blades stopped working apparently. It's agony. Best to get it checked out. Xx
I'm afraid so sweetheart ;( I had it and it went up into my head and down into my shoulders over time. Finally I could take it no more and went to a pain clinic. Now my pain is bearable. Hope this helps as I feel for you!!! xxx Mitzi
