Im pain everytime i try to get comfortable the pain is unbearable

Hi Caroline am sorry to read of the terrible pain you are in, please keep up your meds until you see the specialist.

You need to have lots of rest and I find having my electric blanket on helps the pain. I too have fibro for about 15 years but it is more comfortable than at first but I do need lots of rest. wishing you well.

Hi Caroline47, i am in a lot of pain too today, not sure why as have had a good few days this week. I am going to do some slow and deep breathing to help me cope with it, i wish you well

I am so sorry to read that you are struggling with pain in this way and I genuinely hope that you can get some relief to this.

It is worth discussing this with your GP or Specialist to see if there is anything else they can give you.
