after phoning DWP about my MR and hanging on for 46 mins and 46 sec only to be told the sytems down phone back in 2 hours GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I am sure that you didn`t say grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr you were much more graphic than that.

Maddening isn`t it Hubby spent an hour this morning trying to phone the chemist,

He gave up and took the perscriptions down. He was back in 10 min and that included him getting emergency meds for me cus I ran out.

Know that feeling. A while back phoned working tax credits held on for 25 minutes for what turned out to be a 2 minute call. it is blood boiling

well here we go for once i got a really nice lady,BUT she could not log into my files,ahe said that if they are looking into my case they cannot log into my file please phone again tomorrow
