Hi, just taking each day at a time, in pain but I actually slept well for me last night only up x3 and managed to get back to sleep, so feel better emotionally, think that helps a lot. Hope you are having a good day. xxx

I'm battling the usual niggles and narks, pain levels quite high so monitoring it and my medication routine. I'm not sure I could cope if I couldn't take anything
