Thanks for all your replies to "too tired to speak" .... it comforts me to know that others feel like this ( although I wish it doesn't happen to us all!)

Anyway I have my daughter's parent's evening at school tonight, and she has told me "please don't embarrass yourself" when speaking to the teachers.... would it be best to ask questions and risk saying something silly!!!!? Or should I sit quietly and just listen to the teachers speak ( although with my poor concentration, I probably won"t remember much of what they say)

Hope your day goes well xxx :)

My first question is "does your daughter have to go with you?" and if " yes", can she wait outside? I would explain briefly about the fibro and that you suffer cognitive dysfunction (hopefully they will know what this is). If you have particular questions, maybe write them down so you don't forget and ask them to keep any answers brief and to the point! Hope this helps.... You maybe getting yourself anxious about this and as we all know, Stress+Fibro= Shutdown!!!!!.... Much love..ninja.xxx
