IIUC It should be backdated at least to the date of the decision that has been overturned by the tribunal.

Hi, so glad you have been moved! How long did it take to get things sorted? I am at my wits end with all my hassle.

It took nearly 5 months and its important to take as much information and letters to the tribunals from your consultants and GP.Basically I made the original assessment look what it was.....A report done by a stranger who briefly looked through my notes without due care and attention to the facts and how they impact my life.

I'm in the WRAG and I've just had the dreaded brown envelope through the door to attend for yet another work focused interview!! When will they realise and accept I cannot work, just totally unable!!! I know these come every 6 months, but I'm sure is less than that since I last went to one!!!! X

No I didn't, mainly because I don't have any written medical evidence regarding my disabilities, and I think that would go against me! X
