I'm on Gabapentin and I'm in the process of upping my dose from 300mg 3 x daily to 600mg 3 x daily because my feet and legs were so painful and my "dull roar" state was like being on fire.I also had shooting pains up my legs and in my feet which made it really difficult to stand or walk, even with crutches.Thankfully the new dose is working already and I get to the 600mg dose at the end of next week.It was absolute bliss when the pain started to ease! My GP said it's a lot of medication but I don't care as long as I can keep the pain to a dull roar.I couldn't take pregablin it sent me funny, even my GP said I wasn't myself lol. I'd suggest talking to your GP and discussing either changing the dose of your present meds and /or trying Gabapentin. It's a matter of trial and error and sometimes it takes a little while to find the right "mixture " of medication for you.

Have you been referred to the hospital Podiatry team? I was and it has made a huge difference.

Naproxen is ibuprofen based and so is hard on the stomach especially IBS. Antriptylin gives dry eyes and mouth but otherwise is helpful with restless leg. Also watch for the lower dose as it has food colorings in. Co codimal can slow your digestive system down. From my personal view

I bought a pair of Crocs a couple of years ago on sale online. I got the ones with the nice soft removeable and washable insoles (you have to wash them by hand and hang to dry) The crocs are all I ever wear now. They feel nice and often keep me from falling if I stumble. However, they can get caught on things if I'm in my shuffling mode, as they are rubber and do grip things sometimes. I don't know if this helps, but they are a bit like rubber garden clogs that people sometimes buy. You could use them at a pool just fine. They have air holes in the top and are waterproof. You can hose them down or put them in a bucket if they get muddy.
