I am afraid nothing will change until judges, assessors and atos get their heads round the fact that you can be disabled and be a paralympian and you can be disabled by chronic never ending pain

This confirms that the DWP are a bunch of idiots and not fit for purpose. The tribunal decisions I have had in my favour were clear enough for me to understand and I know nothing about the law. If the DWP does not understand medical evidence and what descriptors apply based on that evidence, they should not be making decisions to stop ESA.

What part of "not fit for work" are they having difficulty understanding anyway.
