Morning all, lady you know how to bring fun to the party lol I hope you all ? had a decent night I managed 4 hours woop de woop lol . well today I thought I would fly to paris rome and milan for some haute cotoure a bit of lunch then home that should tire me out..but fibro has decided to play dirty and won't let me grrr. So instead I shall just have to dream instead sooo a little meditation and visualisation should take me to another part of the world where I can relax and swim in the sea lie in the sun on some sun kissed beach drinking some pina coladas.....lol I wish.. uch well its nice to dream. So my lovelies I wish you all magic in your life..starlight in your soul and an abundance of TLC ...as for you fybro we are not playing with you today you nasty horrible pain so buzz of yes you do one leave all my friends alone...lol..angels all around you all ? today friends.

Good morning pinot, the beach and pina coladas sounds yummy would love to join you , but something called fm is still here with me its outstaying its welcome ! So I will take mythoughts to a nicer place and think of a nice beach and a pina colada x lets hope your angels work their magic today , big hugs angie xx
