I had a letter today from the dla ... Please fill in the enclosed form and return ..... Umm no form enclosed...... Nuff said.......

Lol I phoned them gave my details and said I can't fill in the form the lady very sarcastically said .. It's very simple .... I said it might be ... You haven't included it in the envelope with the letter..... Silence ..... Then ... We will send you one out straight away .. No apology ...
I await the form with bated breath... I wonder what it will be....
