Yes I do too I guess most fibro sufferes do, especially if u have it in all four quadrants I have to use crutches especially when going out as my egs feel like they are going to collapse especially when I am walking around gentle hugs ..Dee xx

Yup! Shaky in the mornings as well - it's just like a hangover, I seem to remember from my mis-spent youth! It makes it very difficult if I have to be anywhere in the morning, as even getting showered and dressed is difficult

I find the shakiness much worse if I'm 'stressy', and doing relaxation techniques helps tremendously, so you might wish to try that :)

Hi,

yes I get the shakes in my hands and legs but it's not necessarily in the morning, it can be anytime of the day. I am not sure what causes it as I would guess we are on lots of medication, but It is mostly if I am struggling with pain and have that all over feeling of illness and feeling all over not well, if that makes any sense. I also think feeling tired and exhausted makes it much worse at times too. It is hard to hold a pen to write as i have lost power in my arm muscles and yes feel there shaky too. But trying to stand and walk when legs get shaky isn't very good at all, so i guess that there are many fibro sufferers that have the same thing. Muscle weakness for me is one of the key things and when you are using muscles that are weak, i think that also makes them shake. Not that I know about the medical side of it, just my own experience really.

Hope this is of use to explaining, although we all have different experiences with fibro, even if there are lots of similarities.... Kaz...!

I constantly shake twix, no matter what time of day it is. I have been diagnosed with familial essential tremor, my dad had it, as do most of his siblings. I can't write properly, can't lift a kettle and lifting a cup of coffee can be very funny!! I spilt some hot cheese sauce on my leg a few weeks ago and ended up with a partial thickness burn!! I'm just not safe!! XX

yes I get the shakes in my hands and legs but it's not just morning any time can happen
