so my letter arrived im having a home visit from a dr tabraiz next Tuesday has anyone heard of this doctor it says a medical examination what does that entail any one can you give some info pleae

For a start, they are not allowed to call it a medical examination, only an assessment. You can politely refuse to do anything they ask you to do if it would cause you pain, distress, worsen your condition, or cause shame or embarrassment. I would strongly advise you to record your medical, or have someone who can do short hand. DO NOT rely on them to be honest. They have been caught rewording medical things and writing up bogus reports that bear no relation to what you said or how you are affected.

Email me: [e-mail] and I will send you the letter you should now send to them recorded delivery stating you want your medical recorded and that you wish to have it postponed until they have the recording equipment available.

Basically, they will ask you questions related to the questions you answered on the form, and a lot of additional questions. They would want to see how you moved, how you walked, how you are...... I hope you have a copy of your report you sent them, as it is wise to read off from this if you have not memorised the one you sent them, so that you give the exact same answers verbally, as you have written. They will try to use anything say that is different to your form against you. So be wary.

What a shame that in this day and age we the disabled are being treated like criminals when all we have done wrong is to get an illness the same profession who are hunting us down can not cure us of, so try their best to make us beg for a living standard that we can live, no sorry survive on that is not so out of date we have trouble eating with the cost of everything.

I do not smoke, I try to eat healthily but it is not easy with everything getting so dear.

I have no spare money to do much and without my family I would be in deep sh1/t.

My two boys have just bought a new electric wheelchair for me and when I have bad days it is brilliant.

thank goodness for our families, being hounded like this by these people is just so stressfull and making people so ill, if it was not for the support of this site i think i would have shuffled off this mortal coil. all this constant having to justify your illness is degrading answering questions of a personal nature does nothing for our self confidence and self esteem. they should be dealing with the real crooks like mps who are bloated from having their snouts in too many troughs. thouroly sickened. pinot..
