The first Atos medical I had and failed they did exactly the same thing! And druss is right, they are a law unto themselves. And you are also right stig 2, whoever set up the system are a bunch of tossers!!
They are supposed to ring you, but they dont leave messages generally so if you are not in then you dont get to know in advance, its a horrible system. So sorry this has happened to you. I have just lost my ESA, never felt so ill, I asked the bloke who rang me how do they expect to find me a job where they will tolerate me turning up every now and again, funnily enough there was silence on the phone.
Yep done the same to me.
And yes they are a bunch of you know what!!!
Try telling that to dear o'l Dave as he relaxes on a swing seat on his wife's parents
Country estate.
Has he any idea what people go through? Of course not.
And do you know what he has never met people on benefits, who struggle day after day
On a pittance.
Disadvantage people, people with disabilities, you name anyone else that come under
This sorrowful banner he hasn't got a clue.
And quite frankly why would he.
So don't give up, keep going to you get what you rightly deserve (even though it's not enough to live on!!!
All the best,

Hi
He knew enough to claim DLA for his disabled son though and how he had the nerve, with all his money I don't know. And now he is intent on making it harder for disabled people everywhere.
Yes silver star I knew that.
But I was stressing that him and many many other MPS have come from very elite and
Privileged backgrounds. So no matter what they say they they don't have any sort of a
Handle on what it is like, let's say go to the supermarket having to be frugal with what we put in our basket. Or not being able to take a holiday because we can't afford it.
And all these grande gestures of Cameron sitting in the departure lounge waiting for
A flight. Come on really?
It's an insult to our intelligence.
I would surprised if he had ever been in a tesco supermarket!!
I'm sure I read a post on here the other day about they put the onus on us because the original award notice had info on it. Sorry I can't find it now and don't know what wording they use, but in the end it's all down to us to check if payments due have been made etc, whether mr DC has a holiday or shops in Tesco or wherever, it's all going to land back with us to keep one step ahead.
I can't comment on your claim as I don't know anything about it but if your money has ended because 365 days are up ad they won't allow you too claim again, do you not have to put in a claim for income support ?
I think it's wasted energy keep thinking of the MPs and their luxury lifestyles, we will never change that, so just think about yourselves and look after your health as they won't ! Xx ((hug))
Yes agreed. But sometimes these things need to be said.
That's what forums are for.
But yes you are right it is wasted energy.
This sort of thing happened to my husband, and the cab advisor got straight on the phone and had a go at them! they are not allowed to stop your money without informing you, apparently, he was re-instated immediately, luckily, definitely make a complaint, preferably with the backing of some sort of benefits advisor if you can, good luck!
